It keeps improving. The list of locations for which air quality data is available is extensive.

It oftentimes loses connection with my node. Other than that, it does do its job.

I have lived in China for 3 years and have a two-year old boy. Once he was born I became more interested in what all the AQI apps actually did and started researching them. AirVisual is by far the best one I have come across (having used 10+ different apps). Not only can you choose to use the US index (which I would highly recommend) you also can see which pollutants are contaminating the atmosphere at any given time. I also have a laser egg (also highly recommended) which is a portable particulate counter and the readings on my mobile device and the closest monitoring station on the app are always within +/-20 meaning they are not contradicting each other. On other apps there would often times be a 50 point+ difference between what my particulate counter read and the other random apps I was using. Also, do note that some apps do, like airvisual, have the different pollutants listed and their levels but airvisual is the only app I have found that combines that with the ability to choose the US AQI standard. My go-to app when it comes to air pollution.

Overall great app,beast to use, nice dashboard. Woul ime to see more monitoring stations with more channels (pm10, pm5, O3, NOx, VOC)

Its good. I especially like understanding what each of the different pollutants is and how it affects my health and my sons.

This app is really helpful. I live in Taiwan, and its good to know when the air quality is particularly bad. Very accurate.

I wish the app would update automatically instead of needing Manuel updates

This app is super informative and user friendly. I dont really like the design, but after downloading a million different air quality apps, I finally found one I love. Some of the news pieces are really interesting, and Im pretty sure this is one of the only apps to provide a weather and air pollution forecast. Two thumbs up!

This app gets it. They offer everything you want to know from an air quality app – live monitoring, forecasts, news, US Embassy ratings, world coverage. Boom. I trust this over any Chinese source. Real great potential! Looking forward to the next update for enhanced features and reduced lag. Slap. That. Big. Ole. Bass.

Pretty good air quality app for surviving in polluted cities. The forecast feature is nifty - helps me plan when I want to be out and about. Definitely would recommend to others!

There are some cool features on the AirVisual app that make it stand out – notably the forecast, global coverage and news section. A solid download for an AQI app.
